Early chemo-radiotherapy in colorectal liver metastases - insights from SIRFLOXProceedings | Early chemo-radiotherapy in colorectal liver metastases - insights from SIRFLOX
Venice, Italy | 19th June 2015 | Proceedings

The following contains the original recordings of presentations and discussions made during a meeting held in June 2015. The content of the presentations and discussions represent the opinions and findings of the medical experts involved. SIRFLOX is a randomised controlled, open-label, multicentre, international phase III trial comparing 1st-line mFOLFOX6 (+bevacizumab) versus mFOLFOX6 (+bevacizumab) + SIR-Spheres® Y-90 resin microspheres in patients with unresectable colorectal liver metastases. The primary endpoint of the SIRFLOX study, PFS at any site, was not met. Consequently the validity of the data presented by medical experts on the secondary endpoints from the SIRFLOX study should be considered with caution. Sirtex therefore understands that these results are a basis for further investigation.
